Building Eco Friendly Tech : An initiative by LPU Students

Lovely Professional University is not just about classrooms and books, it's more than that. LPU's innovation lab is hub where the students turn their Ideas and creativity into real working projects with a focus on eco-friendly tecnology.

The students get a chance to design and build their own models. Among these are battery operated vehicles, solar powered system and energy efficient electronic devices all crafted by the students themselves. These innovations not only showcase the technical expertise but also reflect a deep sense of responsibility towards the society as sustainability is at the heart of it all.
The lab is all about learning by doing. Students don't just read about electronics they build real tech that can help the environment and provide them with a very wide platform to explore experiment and grow.
Currently, one of the most exciting projects in the pipeline is an eco-friendly smart irrigation system. Designed by a team of electronics students, this system uses sensors and solar power to deliver water precisely where and when needed leading to reducing wastage.This initiative has the potential to revolutionize farming practices, especially in water-scarce rural areas.
With the right support and resources, LPU’s Innovation Lab is on track to become a major hub for sustainable technology. As electronics students explore new ideas, they’re not just creating device they are helping shape a cleaner, greener and sustainable future for everyone.

HI READERS! Yesterday we went to our first field visit and I'd like to share my experience about the same. We visited a nearby village and I got the chance to explore village life in depth. JAHAJA WALA GURDWARA : TALHAN SAHIB

Gurudwara Shaheed Baba Nihal Singh Ji also profoundly known as Talhan Sahib is a very sacred place located in village Talhan of Jalandhar district. The history of Gurudwara Sahib is rooted in the legacy of Baba Nihal Singh Ji. He was a saint who lived a selfless life and became a martyr while serving others. He was a very important figure in the sikh history for the struggle of sikh freedom. Initially a shrine was built for him; which represents his humility.
